ESPIRO PU ANTIESTATICO
Transparent polyurethane hose, polyester-based, reinforced with a rigid, shockproof PVC spiral for the suction and delivery (or pumping/discharge) of abrasive products, equipped with a copper wire that gives it an antistatic property suitable for installations compliant with ATEX regulations. High flexibility (bending radius = internal diameter). Very lightweight. High resistance to abrasion, moisture, and microorganisms. Good chemical resistance, as detailed in the PU resistance table. Possibility of polyester-based (or ether-based) manufacturing upon request.
Applications
- Suction and impulse of gases, smoke, and abrasive products such as sawdust, granules, scrap metal, dust, as well as food products requiring food simulant E under OM2 conditions according to EU regulation 10/2011.
- Aspirations of abrasive material in industrial installations requiring special resistance to abrasion, constant mechanical movement, and application of repetitive forces or impacts.
